South Devon Campervans was originally established back in 2016 as a campervan conversions business, when after gaining many years of experience of campervan conversions working on their own campervans, the Hanbury brothers began working on campervan conversions commercially for customers. Two years later in 2018 and the business expanded to establish an online store retailing campervan parts for both self-convertors and trade campervan convertors.
During the pandemic the online store for campervan cookers and cooker kits really took off, and so a decision was made to focus the business as an online store for campervan conversions, stocking campervan hobs, fridges, cookers and sinks, gas and heating parts, electrical components, roof vents and fans, water heaters and much more. Brands now stocked by South Devon Campervans include Dometic, Smev, Lavanda, Barwig, Alpicool, Thetford, Titan, Trauma and many more.
While still being a relatively small business, South Devon Campervans will usually have over 200 cooker kits in stock and ready to be despatched on order, and we have built up an extensive stock of other campervan appliances and campervan parts including the widest-range of replacement Dometic glass tops which are in stock and ready to go.
Having turned from being campervan conversion specialists to an online campervan parts store makes us unique, it now gives the team at South Devon Campervans a wealth of experience which customers often call on, seeking advice prior and after making purchases.
Today, Tom Hanbury now runs the business with his small team in South Devon, and is committed to building a business which cannot be beaten on personal service and is highly competitive on prices.
